German thriller ‘Unbroken' is coming to C4 Streaming in May courtesy of Walter Presents.
Commissioner Alexandra “Alex” Enders says goodbye to her colleagues on maternity leave, heavily pregnant. Admittedly with a queasy feeling. How will the child change her life and her relationship with her partner Leif? Sometimes Alex catches herself wishing everything were as it was before – without the pregnancy.
In a terrible way, the secret wish comes true: After Alexandra is drugged and kidnapped from a supermarket parking lot. Six days later, Alex regains consciousness in a wooded area, covered in blood, with no memory and no baby bump. Her baby is gone, without a trace. Alex’s boss, Paul Nowak, does everything in his power to find her missing baby, but is ultimately unable to do so. In search of her infant, Inspector Alex puts everything on the line.
The six-part series was created by Andreas Linke and Marc O. Seng. It stars Aylin Tezel, Sebastian Zimmler, Özgür Karadeniz, Sascha Nathan, Karl Schaper, André Jung, David Owe, and Leslie Malton.
Walter Presents: ‘Unbroken' will be available on C4 Streaming as a full boxset from 24th May 2024.
