Netflix has released the full trailer for ‘Baby Reindeer’, the new series written and produced by, and starring comedian Richard Gadd.
The 7-part series is produced by Clerkenwell Films (‘The End of the F***ing World’). It is based on Gadd’s real-life experience, which he turned into a one-man play at Edinburgh Fringe. Watch the trailer below:
‘Baby Reindeer’ follows struggling comedian Donny Dunn’s (Richard Gadd) warped relationship with his female stalker and the impact it has on him as he is ultimately forced to face a deeply buried trauma. This compelling, darkly funny true story also stars Jessica Gunning as Martha, Nava Mau as Teri and Tom Goodman-Hill as Darrien.
The series is directed by Weronika Tofilska and Josephine Bornebusch, and producer by Matthew Mulot. The executive producers are Richard Gadd, Petra Fried, Ed Macdonald, Matt Jarvis and Wim De Greef.
‘Baby Reindeer’ premieres on Netflix on 11th April 2024.
