‘Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga‘ is coming to cinemas in two months and now you can watch the explosive new trailer.
Director George Miller leads a cast that includes Anya Taylor-Joy, Chris Hemsworth, Alyla Browne and Tom Burke. The film returns to the iconic dystopian world of the ‘Mad Max’ films and this new instalment is an original standalone adventure.
‘Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga’ will reveal the origins of the powerhouse character from the multiple Oscar-winning global smash ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’. As the world fell, young Furiosa (Anya Taylor-Joy) is snatched from the Green Place of Many Mothers and falls into the hands of a great Biker Horde led by the Warlord Dementus (Chris Hemsworth). Sweeping through the Wasteland, they come across the Citadel presided over by The Immortan Joe. While the two Tyrants war for dominance, Furiosa must survive many trials as she puts together the means to find her way home.
The script was penned by Miller with co-writer Nico Lathouris (‘Mad Max: Fury Road’).
