“‘to be honest’ represents a pivotal chapter in my musical journey,” shares Tenille. “Following the highs and lows of my career, I found myself in a challenging place. Turning to music as my outlet, I poured my heart and soul into these 14 songs, offering a candid reflection of my journey over the past few years. My hope is that listeners find solace in the realization that it’s okay to struggle sometimes, and that amidst the difficulties, there is still beauty and joy to be found. This album is a testament to the authenticity I owe to my fans and to myself. Thank you for joining me on this journey.”

Tenille has co-written 12 of the tracks on ‘to be honest,’ including the title track, ‘To Be Honest’ which sets the album’s tone with its poignant message about the complexities of love. Additionally, the album features collaborations with renowned songwriters and artists, including the insightful love story ‘Wonder Woman,’ co-written by the history-making team of Tenille, Alison Veltz Cruz, and Alex Kline.

Notable tracks include the moody masterpiece ‘Jealous of Myself,’ a duet with LeAnn Rimes, and the streaming hit ‘Last Time Last,’ featuring award-winning duo Maddie & Tae.
