Cooking can sometimes feel like a chore, you have to eat so you have to cook and if like me you have minimal cooking skills but are at a professional level in terms of making a mess of the kitchen, a little help could go a very long way.
Thankfully, the guys at Vorwerk are offering a lot of help in the form of the Thermomix TM6. The TM6 is described as “the ultimate compact kitchen gadget. It packs 20 functions into one device and can steam, sous vide, mix, stir, grind and more.”

Cooking modes include high temperature for browning onions and meat or preparing sugar work and sous-vide mode allows you to slow cook your bagged food for extremely tender and juicy results. you can also use the TM6 for fermentation allowing you to make your own yoghurts and bread doughs.
The TM6 also comes with access to the Cookidoo online service which gives you access to over 40,000 recipes directly on the TM6’s full-colour screen so you’ll never be short of inspiration. You can try Cookidoo for free but you need to subscribe once the trial expires at a cost of £30 a year.
The Thermomix TM6 sounds like it can do it all but there is quite a high cost involved. The TM6 will set you back around £1,099 so it’s certainly not the cheapest kitchen gadget out there and won’t suit all budgets.
