Rae Morris announces new album Someone Out There

Rae Morris will release her new album Someone Out There on 2nd February 2018 via Atlantic Records.

The lead single from the record is Do It, which was released last month. The track is a personal tale of letting go and jumping into the unknown.

The video for Do It was shot in New York with Noel Paul (Bat For Lashes, Rƶyksopp).

The Blackpool native shifts her sound for Someone Out There and sees Morris taking control of the project with input in everything from the lyrics and music through to the artwork and videos.

Someone Out There features production from Fryars, Ariel Rechtshaid (HAIM, Adele), My Riot (London Grammar, Bloc Party, RHODES), Fred Gibson (Brian Eno, RAYE, M.O., Stefflon Don), Buddy Ross (Frank Ocean) and Starsmith (Jess Glynne, Clean Bandit, Kwabs, Ellie Goulding), as well as mixing from Dan Grech (Halsey, Wolf Alice, Lana Del Ray, Regina Spektor).

The album is the follow-up to her 2015 debut Unguarded. Morris signed to Atlantic Records when she was just 17 and took her time honing her craft.
