The UK trailer and poster for Eliza Hittman’s award-winning Beach Rats have been released.
Beach Rats stars newcomer Harris Dickinson as Frankie, a troubled teen cogitating his sexual identity. His performance in the film has been hailed as a break out performance by a number of early reviews for the movie.

Frankie, an aimless teenager on the outer edges of Brooklyn, is having a miserable summer. With his father dying and his mother wanting him to find a girlfriend, Frankie escapes the bleakness of his home life by causing trouble with his delinquent friends and flirting with older men online.
When his chatting and webcamming intensify, he finally starts hooking up with guys at a nearby cruising beach while simultaneously entering a cautious relationship with a young woman. As Frankie struggles to reconcile his competing desires, his decisions leave him hurtling toward irreparable consequences.
Beach Rats will be released in the UK and Ireland on 24th November 2017. The film is a 15 and has a running time of 98 minutes.
The film picked up the U.S Dramatic Directing Award at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year. Director Hittman previously released the critically acclaimed It Felt Like Love, which was her directorial debut.
