Dylan Scott, who is signed to Curb Records, has earned Gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) with his current single My Girl.
The first Gold certification of his career, My Girl is included on Scott’s self-titled debut album. The song was written about his girlfriend, who is now his wife, and it’s a real romantic gem.
Earlier this month Scott performed a headline sold-out show at the world famous Troubadour in Los Angeles as part of his My Town Tour. The show came as My Girl climbed to #6 on Mediabase’s Country Radio Airplay chart and #8 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart. The song has surpassed 35 million Spotify streams.
Scott also recently announced that he and his wife Blair were expecting a baby later this year but there’s no word on whether it’ll be a boy or a girl.
To date Scott has achieved a Top 5 position on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart with his self-titled debut album, garnered 100 million radio plays on Pandora and amassed more than 170 million on-deman streams.
Scott is playing select dates throughout the U.S. and Canada this summer.
