The episode began with Michael’s son Mike at home drawing. His mother Sara (Sarah Wayne Callies) complimented him on his drawing skills. He had drawn a Greek hero and told Sara how they can die.

Back in Yemen, Whip (Augustus Prew) did his best to tend to Michael’s wound. Ja (Rick Yune) had found a smuggler with a boat who could get them to Greece. Linc (Dominic Purcell) pointed out that the world thinks that Michael is Kaniel Outis so would arrest him.

Whip wasn’t happy and pulled Linc up about being a bad brother. Linc as usual flew off the handle and came close to punching his face in. Suddenly he turned around and announced there was a possible alternative for Michael.

Back in the US, Jacob (Mark Feuerstein) poured a glass of wine. Sara asked him about his day. The phone went and Sara answered to hear Linc say they found Michael and confirm it was actually him. He explained he had been poisoned and asked for her help.

She said he needed a transfusion. Off the phone she announced to Jacob that she’s going to Crete to help. Jacob wasn’t happy and almost told her not to go. She rushed off to pack and took a lingering look at her wedding ring.

As Linc and Whip helped Michael onto a boat, Ja announced he was staying behind. Before they left, Ja told Whip to keep alive. Linc told Michael that it would be a 12-hour trip to Crete and that Sarah was on her way. Michael wasn’t sure he’d last that long and began vomiting violently.

Sarah arrived in Crete and jumped in a taxi. She had a text from Jacob saying he supported her and for her to hurry home. Elsewhere on Crete, Linc, Whip and Michael arrived at a house. Linc went off and left Whip to watch Michael. As Michael slept, Whip spoke about how he felt like his brother and that he couldn’t die. Having Linc there made Whip feel like an outsider.

A short while later, Linc came back with Sara. She stood shocked for a moment then rushed to Michael’s bedside to say she missed him. She examined his wound and then gave him a transfusion from herself.

Linc and Whip left her to treat him and planned their next moves. Whip said sorry for what he said and Linc declared him family now. Whip found some alcohol and they had a few drinks while discussing their options. Whip felt their best option would be a big boat to get back to the US.

A&W (Marina Benedict) and Van Gogh (Steve Mouzakis) arrived back from their trip and met with Kishida. He wanted to know why they were at the NSA and why they tried to kill Kaniel Outis. They denied being at the NSA but he showed them a photo. A&W pulled out a gun and shot him through the head. Jacob was there, he walked up to them and picked up Kasida’s phone.

Sara’s treatment worked and Michael was more awake. His first request was to see a picture of his son. She gave him her phone and he started looking through the images. He suddenly looked worried when he saw a picture of Jacob. He declared ‘It’s him’ and Sara tried to explain about her husband but Michael stopped her with ‘Jacob is Poseidon!’.

Michael explained things about how Poseidon betrayed him and set him up. He worked out that Poseidon had gone rogue and was operating outside the CIA. Sara suddenly remembered that their son Mike was with Jacob.

Linc remembered that Sucre (Amaury Nolasco) told him about his boat, so he called him (finally!). He asked for a lift on his ship back to the US. Sucre said his boss would charge them $50,000 for the whole ship. Linc was annoyed saying he didn’t have that kind of money. Fortunately Sara has a ring belonging to her Grandmother and it’s easily worth that.

Sara then decided to head back to Jacob to try and get Mike away from him. She shared a kiss with Michael before leaving and asked that he come back to her and Mike. Meanwhile, Jacob plotted with Van Gogh to capture Kaniel Outis.

Sucre arrived in Crete with the ship and finally reunited with Michael. He took him to see the captain who was a miserable fellow. All he was bothered about was his payment and was annoyed that it wasn’t cash. Michael explained how valuable the ring was, easily worth $125,000. The captain took it. Sucre showed the boys around to see his new side-business. He opened a crate to reveal he trades sex dolls.

Sara arrived back home to find Jacob waiting for her. As a test he was all over her to see how she would react. He then asked how Michael was doing. She said that he wasn’t the same man any more then rushed to see Mike. He wasn’t in his room, but at a friend’s house for a sleepover. She also lied when he noticed her ring missing. Sara called her friend Heather to go and get Mike from his friends.

On the ship, a message came through about Kaniel Outis. The captain read it and then called it in. A SEAL team were deployed to seek and destroy Kaniel Outis. Below deck the boys were playing cards and drinking, unaware what was going on. They then realised that they were locked in and Sucre was surprised that Michael was really a wanted terrorist.

A Navy SEAL helicopter arrived and announced that they would be boarding. They boys considered jumping out a window but Sucre had an idea. He had them tie him up and hit him. When the SEAL team came in he said that the others had jumped out the window. They confirmed he was a member of the crew then took him to the bridge.

Michael, Linc and Whip made their way to the engine room with the SEAL team in pursuit. They tried to smoke them out with tear gas which upset the captain. The captain turned on Sucre and started hitting him. Sucre let slip about a container containing weapons which the captain was illegally smuggling. Sucre got free and knocked the captain out.

The boys managed to evade the SEAL team and trash the ships navigation controls. This sent the ship at full speed towards Algerian waters. To avoid an International incident, the SEAL team were lifted off the ship. Jacob called in a favour to have the ship destroyed. As a missile came flying through the air to destroy the ship, the boys jumped overboard with a life raft.

At the end of the episode, Jacob caught Sara creeping around the house. He confronted her and then walked off. Heather called to say she had Mike, so Sara rushed to get her gun from its hiding place. She then went and threatened Jacob with it but he told her that Michael was dead and her plan with Heather and Mike had failed. He forced her to put the gun down.
