Ex on the Beach star and fitness instructor/model Joss Mooney is giving us a serious thirst with his Instagram account. Barely wearing clothes (and sometimes not bothering with them at all), Joss is serving up everything his fans want and more.

Most of his pictures are selfies where he’s showing off his muscles and bulges (if you catch our drift) and there are some seriously hot modelling shots too.
