Ubisoft have announced two new books in anticipation of Assassin’s Creed, the movie inspired by their game franchise. These books will allow longtime fans and newcomers alike to delve deeper into the world of Assassin’s Creed.

Starring Michael Fassbender and Marion Cotillard, Assassin’s Creed introduces a brand new story, location and time period. In the film, through a revolutionary technology that unlocks his genetic memories, Callum Lynch (Michael Fassbender) experiences the adventures of his ancestor, Aguilar, in fifteenth-century Spain. Callum discovers he is descended from a mysterious secret society, the Assassins, and amasses incredible knowledge and skills to take on the oppressive and powerful Templar organisation in the present day.
