Mulder (David Duchovny) and Scully (Gillian Anderson) tackled possibly their most bizarre case yet on this week’s episode of The X-Files.
After being called to Oregon to investigate the case of a man found with his throat ripped open, the agents were soon drawn into the comedic world of Guy Mann (Rhys Darby), who turned out to be a man that could change into a lizard. Mulder and Scully investigated different leads with Mulder continuing to question his belief in the paranormal and Scully looking for a more logical explanation.
The episode was one of the funniest we’ve seen in the show’s run and it’s definitely been the best episode of this new limited series.
The next episode of the season is Home Again. Scully flies to Washington to be with her dying mother, while Mulder investigates a killer who tears apart enemies of the homeless with his bare hands.
