James King to release Breathe this month

20 year-old singer-songwriter James King, who is the official spokesman for Eco-Schools and Keep Britain Tidy, will release his debut single Breathe on March 30th.

Written by Luc Floreani, Breathe takes inspiration from the devastating situation and statistics of the Amazon rainforest. The track is the theme song for Keep Britain Tidy, Eco-Schools and Princes Trust Rainforest Project.

James’ adaptation of the song is a firm comment on our environment and the importance of sustainable. This is the lead up to Earth Hour, where James has started a national initiative – to generate ā€˜changeā€™ as our ability to breathe is being threatened.

James has just completed a 50 date European environmental schools tour that saw him talking to students about environmental issues. He will be visiting more Eco-Schools in London and Yorkshire this month before release, and is expected to release his EP later in the year.
