Little Mix are the cover stars for the Spring/Summer 2015 issue of style magazine Wonderland.
The girls were shot by fashion photographer Bella Howard for the shoot. The images feature the girls posing in a bright pink limousine.
During the interview the girls speak about Girl Power and female equality. Leigh Ann says, ‘It’s so refreshing to see females owning it right now. Girl power is what we’re about. It’s what we stand for as a group. We want to do everything we can to make women feel better about themselves.’
With Jesy adding, ‘We’ve had mums come up to us and literally thank us for making the music that we do, saying that since listening to Little Mix their daughters have been happier and more confident in themselves. If a girl is being bullied, or heartbroken, or just feeling like utter shite, if our music can make them feel better, then we’re doing our jobs right.’
The group also shares their opinions on equal pay for women in the film industry. Perrie comments, ‘I just don’t understand it. Why should we be paid less because we have boobs and a vajayjay?’
Leigh Ann continues, ‘If things don’t change women in the film industry should just go on strike. Could you imagine if all women in the film industry just stopped working or turned down parts until they got equal pay?’
Little Mix are currently working on their upcoming third album which is due for release this year. It’s the follow-up to 2013 album Salute.
