The Strictly Come Dancing 2014 grand final takes place tomorrow night with the four couples left standing battling it out to take home the Glitterball Trophy.
One couple will leave at the start of the second live show leaving three couples to dance for their lives. We’ve already put the spotlight on Mark Wright & Karen Hauer’s top 5 dances and now we’re turning the spotlight on Simon Webbe & Kristina Rihanoff.
Simon has had a rollercoaster ride during the series. He’s been in the dance-off three times and he didn’t really kick-in and gain his confidence until week 8.
Keep reading to find out which dances of Simon & Kristina’s made the cut…
5. American Smooth – Week 11
This routine we loved because of all the jazzy little flourishes it had. Simon & Kristina really upped their game in the second half of the series and it was at this point we knew he’d make the final.
4. Salsa – Week 9
Ballroom may be his strength but Simon’s spicy Salsa proved he can let his hair down too and impress. Packed full of energy and with plenty of wow moments we loved this routine.
3. Waltz – Week 10
The Waltz can be a difficult dance to make look interesting but Simon and Kristina wowed us with their performance. It was tender and romantic, and Simon proved he’s the best man standing when it comes to Ballroom.
2. Foxtrot – Semi-final
Beautiful, graceful and stunning to watch, Simon’s Foxtrot is easily one of his best dances of the series.
1. Argentine Tango – Week 8
The moment that Simon really arrived in the competition. We’re not sure what happened from week 7 to week 8 but the Blackpool show was the moment we realised Simon could win the competition. That Argentine Tango was absolutely stunning.
Strictly Come Dancing 2014’s final kicks off at 6.30pm tomorrow night on BBC One.
