Take-away and delivery pizza chain Dominos is getting its own TV series Channel 4 has announced.
Domino’s Pizza is in its 30th anniversary year and it will open its doors to the cameras to serve a taste of the daily (and nightly) life at the pizza chain and capture a range of fascinating characters across the company, from the decision making bosses at the top, to the office employees and staff at local branches.
Viewers will also get to see the story of the customers via Pizzacam following the pizzas out of the oven and into the homes and places of work and play of those who order from Dominoās.
Domino’s (currently the working title for the show) is produced by London based Alaska TV and has been commissioned by Channel 4ās Head of Formats, Dom Bird.
Speaking on the commission, Dom Bird said: āWith exclusive access to over 850 shops and a 24,500 strong workforce, Dominoās (wt) promises to tell a compelling story about an extraordinarily diverse range of pizza entrepreneurs and customers across our nation.ā
