Chris P Bacon is back in brand new documentary My Bionic Pet on Nat Geo WILD.

The new one-off special debuts on Tuesday 2nd December 2014 at 10pm on Nat Geo WILD and it features Chris P Bacon alongside a host of other animals that are suffering from serious disfigurements or disabilities that are fitted with state-of-the-art prosthetic devices. Bionic limbs, tails, and even beaks are being created for our four- and two-legged friends to improve their mobility, their overall quality of life, and their emotional well-being.

My Bionic Pet takes the viewer on a journey with the caring owners, vets, pets and wild animals detailing the amazing stories of the cute little critters.

The documentary also looks at whether prosthetics can make animals happy and how developing animal prosthetics has also helped improve and develop the knowledge of making better human prosthetics as well.

My Bionic Pet premieres Tuesday 2nd December 10pm on Nat Geo WILD. Check out a cute clip from the documentary below:
