Jennifer GIbney

Mrs Brown’s Boys actress Jennifer Gibney is the second celebrity to leave Strictly Come Dancing 2014.

During tonight’s results show Jennifer and her pro partner Tristan MacManus found themselves in the bottom two for the second week. They were joined by Blue star Simon Webbe and his partner Kristina Rihanoff.

After both couples danced again it was over to the judges to make their decision. All of the judges chose to save Simon and Kristina

Talking about her exit Jennifer said, “Before this, I didn’t know how to dance. I wanted to learn how to dance and I now know how to jive, how to waltz and how to foxtrot, however badly! I’ve learned three dances and I’ve had a great time with Tristan. He is one of the family and he will remain one of the family.”

Tristan added, “Jenny tried her best. She made every day that I’ve known her so far as enjoyable as the next. I hope she’s not telling lies now and she will talk to me after tonight! It’s been a pleasure to get to know you and your family.”

During tonight’s Movie Week results show, guest judge Donny Osmond performed and the pros did a Mary Poppins themed group dance.

Strictly Come Dancing continues at 6.40pm Saturday on BBC One. See all the action from tonight’s results show below:
