Ali and Dan’s emotions get the better of them
This week we’ll be waving goodbye to cheeky teenager Sean as he leaves to join the Army. Ali is struggling with him leaving and the possible perils that await him and ends up taking it out on Ruby. Dan is also feeling low at the thought of losing his son and still hasn’t sorted things out with Kerry, believing that she met lots of fellas on holiday. Sean decides to try and put the pair back together as his leaving gift and invites Kerry to his leaving do. However, Dan seems less than impressed she’s there and hits the booze and later, whilst delivering an emotional speech ends, up having a go at Kerry instead.
Kerry stomps off to The Woolpack and the party is declared over by Ruby, leaving Dan and Ali alone and emotional. One thing leads to another and soon the pair are locked in an embrace – just like the good old days! Meanwhile, Kerry is soon pouring her heart out to Zak about her feelings for Dan. He encourages her to go round and tell him but will she find him in the arms of Ali?

She tells Pete how concerned she is for Ross and explains what he’s been going through over Donna leading Pete to take pity and reach out to his brother to see if he can help.
