Nashville returns to More4 this Thursday to kick-off its second season and fans can finally learn the fate of Rayna (Connie Britton) and Deacon (Charles Esten).
At the end of season 1 everything went a little bit crazy as Rayna and Deacon had a horrific car crash leaving both of their lives in the balance. Do they both survive?
Well season 2 opener I Fall To Pieces will answer that question for you but surely you didn’t think they’d kill of two main characters did you? In the new episode Rayna is in a medically induced coma whilst Deacon is recovering from a serious hand injury. As Rayna fights for her life, Deacon pleads guilty to dangerous driving even though fans will remember he wasn’t the one driving. There’s also the revelation that Deacon is really Maddie’s (Lennon Stella) father to contend with too.
What about Juliette (Hayden Panettiere)? Well don’t expect her to be changing her ways any time soon as she considers Rayna’s accident to be akin to a money-can’t-buy PR opportunity. Will she ever learn to show a bit of compassion?
