Limp Bizkit to play Sonisphere

90s Nu-Metal band, Limp Bizkit have been revealed as special guests and are set to perform at this year’s Sonisphere festival. Limp Bizkit will play the same night as The Prodigy and are sure to mark their return with a big bang. The band became hugely famous in the 90s with their catchy and infectious rock songs, whilst also selling millions of records including Chocolate Starfish and Hotdog Falvored Water. Their live shows are especially popular with fans and this particular one should be exceptional.

Also on the bill will be Anthrax. The band whose career spans over thirty years and selling 10 million records, winning multiple Gold and Platinum albums and Grammy nominations, cementing the band as one of the BIG 4. And Sonisphere wouldn’t be Sonisphere without Anthrax. Scott Ian explains how it went down:
Phone rings…
Me: Hello.
My manager: Do you want to play the 40th anniversary of Knebworth; Sonisphere Festival with Iron Maiden?
Me: (filling my pants with poo) Yes!
“It’s one of those phone calls you only dream about. I’m so excited for Anthrax to be a part of the biggest and best Sonisphere ever! Can’t wait to destroy Knebworth again!”
