Wouldn’t you know it but Theme From S-Express is 25 years old this month! Fans loved the track so much that they are trying to get it back on the top spot for its anniversary. There’s a facebook group you can join and an event to celebrate the tracks anniversary.
Theme From S-Express was originally released back in 1988 and was number one for 2 weeks. Many consider it the track that introduced the UK to the acid house scene and one of the first to sample other songs. The single features samples from Rose Royce’s Is It Love You’re After and TZ’s I Got the Hots for You.
So will the iconic song reach the number spot once more? You decide!
