Reba McEntire debuts new single ‘I Can’t’ on The Voice

Entertainment icon Reba McEntire dazzled audiences last night with a breathtaking performance of her new single ‘I Can’t’ on NBC’s The Voice. The electrifying debut, complete with pyrotechnics, marked the first track from Reba’s highly anticipated upcoming album, written by Victoria Banks, Tania Hancheroff, and Tia Sillers.

In an interview following the performance, Reba expressed her excitement about sharing new music with her fans. “I’m thrilled to have new music to share with my fans, and ‘I can’t’ wait to hear what they think about it,” Reba said. “This is such a powerful song, and I’m looking forward to performing it again next week at the ACM Awards.”

Fans can catch Reba’s live performance of “I Can’t” at the Academy of Country Music Awards on Thursday, May 16, streaming on Prime Video at 8 p.m. ET. Additionally, Reba will make history as she hosts the show for the 17th time, surpassing all other ACM hosts in tenure.

Beyond her music endeavors, Reba will continue to grace television screens with her new sitcom “Happy’s Place,” which has been greenlit for a series order by NBC. Reba will serve as executive producer alongside Kevin Abbott, Michael Hanel, Mindy Schultheis, and Julie Abbott. Fans can rejoice by binge-watching the beloved 6-season sitcom “Reba,” now available for streaming on Netflix.

In addition to her television ventures, Reba is currently coaching on Season 25 of NBC’s The Voice, with the highly anticipated two-part finale scheduled for May 20 and 21.
